Imagine Al-Ain City V.2

It is a challenge that aims to create a unique experience to draw a futuristic picture of Al Ain city through the eyes of younger generations. The skills in creative imagination that youngster have beside the art of playing with electronic devices “PlayStation”.

Participants will face the challenge to build their vision of the city of Al Ain using Minecraft game Minecraft, a video game full of adventure, exploration and creativity as the game mechanism is to build a new world “similar to Legos - which you can move Just like you want to make your world “so it allows players to build a virtual world with 3D technology.

Competition Duration

You can unleash your imagination for two hours of fun and creativity and the competition can last up to 4 hours.

Age Group

Students aged from a ( 7 – 14 ) years , circle 1 & 2

Competition Steps

  1. Sending invitation to public and private schools in Al Ain to participate.
  2. Schools wishing to participate in communicating with Al Ain Municipality team.
  3. The municipality shall notify the participating schools of the details of the competition and the required challenges.
  4. Upon completing the competition, the winners will be announced according to the decision of the jury, which will include engineers and specialists in the municipality.
  5. The first three winning schools will be honored at the Rewarding ceremony.

Conditions for participants in the competition:

  1. The contestant should be one of those who have previous experience in the game (Minecraft game).
  2. The contestant should be creative and have a free imagination.
  3. Be within the specified age group.
  4. Each school is limited to one team of two to four participants.
